Battle Los angeles Aliens 28mm project

also around the same time the idea was forming another project was on my mind, and i picked up on ebay 6 box sets of Therian assault gollems for the great value price i felt of £25 inc postage from America !! i thought the price was to good to be true but the guys feedback showed he had sold others at the same deal... hell i had to !!!

to last week they arrived and sat in the box awaiting to be cyborgs, then it hit me the battle for Los Angeles type alien would be great for my game system and to test how flexible it could be for adding new species...

this is what i made to begin with



since then ive added a command modle, and 3 special forces.

game wise i see the comander as level 5 very hard to suppress, and a real head to command the force, equiped with R-pod = L Chem Auto with UGL B blast slow  Armour = L

special forces level 4 with R-pod = L Chem Auto with UGL B blast slow  Armour = L

grunts level 3 with R-Rifle = B Chem Armour = L


reason for grunts not having auto was in the wiki they suggest they where more powerful than the special forces version, in the film we mostly see the special forces.

the chem represents the multiple warheads and incendiary all in one go, the current weakness is no anti Armour this will be covered by the drone. current WIP

any way open to ideas and thoughts on this :)i think the drone is not going to look much like the one from the film, just due to budget and finding suitable parts...
